One or more of my monitors is black

First, turn off the PC (from Windows), then uplug the SmartDesk from the wall. While still unplugged, press the power button for a few seconds to discharge all power leftover in the system. Now wait approximately 30 seconds and plug it back in. Turn on the system and your monitor should work again.
